In celebration of International Women's Day, we will be hosting Spirituous, with the purpose of engaging and empowering multicultural women in the Milwaukee community. We want to bring women together to recognize leaders in their respective fields including entrepreneurs, business executives, community influencers, social innovators and culture catalysts.
Shred415 is a dynamic interval training program. The Total Body class is a 60-minute class designed to target multiple muscle groups for an efficient and effective total body workout. We'll alternate between treadmill drills and floor work, including strength training and the cardio bursts. Modifications are always offered, so you can be sure you are getting the right workout for YOUR body. All fitness levels are welcome.

If you have had an established legal entity for over a year, please come to this session to learn how to attain the women owned business status. We will have the SBDC’s own Cheryl Mitchell walk us through the process. The more women owned business owners in Milwaukee, increases our chances to bring the DNC to Milwaukee.
