The imagery we see when we visit a website or business immediately influences how we perceive the brand. In this workshop Erin Bloodgood will discuss the importance imagery plays in our business and how to use images to tell the story of your brand. Following the talk, Erin will be taking professional portraits for anyone interested. Whether you are being approached by a client or a recruiter, your story is an important part of your professional career and is a vital way of showing your true colors to your audience.
Erin Bloodgood has been working as a professional photographer for over six years, but she’s had a camera in her hand long before that. In 2015, Erin moved from the advertising world of New York City to Milwaukee and fell in love with the city. The urban parks, Lake Michigan and most of all, the sense of community drew her in. The dedicated community workers and driven professionals she has worked alongside with over the last four years continue to inspire her.
When she’s not photographing commercial projects, you will most likely find Erin shooting community portraits or climbing a rock wall in one of Wisconsin's captivating state parks. The majority of her professional work is centered around Milwaukee, but she has a passion for travel and immersing herself in other cultures.
As an entrepreneur, Erin’s mission is to engage, inspire and connect the community using photography and visual storytelling. She wants to enhance the brand and outreach of her clients by connecting them with their audience. She helps others tell their story and by doing so, helps them show the true value of their business.
