Shred415 is a dynamic interval training program. The Total Body class is a 60-minute class designed to target multiple muscle groups for an efficient and effective total body workout. We'll alternate between treadmill drills and floor work, including strength training and the cardio bursts. Modifications are always offered, so you can be sure you are getting the right workout for YOUR body. All fitness levels are welcome.
